Arriving at the Stadium


Parking can be pre-purchased online for a discounted rate of $35 or $40 at the gate. We recommend checking availability before arriving at the stadium.

Please note there will be no public parking available during business hours on Thursday, 22 August.

  • Entrance A & B is from Bourke St Extension.
  • Entrance D & E is from Wurundjeri Way.

Pre-purchased tickets, Promoter and venue ticket collections

Can be collected from the Gate 3 or 7 ticket windows.

Gate 3 & 7 ticket windows from 3:30pm on Thursday 22 and 10:00am on Saturday 24.


Ticketing Policy

Please note that all patrons must have a valid ticket regardless of age – this also applies to infants and children.

Please further note that the event contains loud music, strobe lighting and other visual effects, and may therefore be unsuitable for infants and young children.

All reasonable requests for refunds will be considered where patrons are unable to make appropriate child-minding arrangements.


Pass outs

Will not be issued, patrons will need to keep their ticket should they wish to exit and re-renter the stadium.

Security & Important Entry Information

  • Fans attending these two games at Marvel Stadium will need to pass through airport-style screening, with all bags to be inspected by security staff.
  • To assist with a smooth and efficient entry to the venue, patrons are strongly advised not to bring to bags to the venue and, where a bag is a necessity, only bags of A4 or smaller will be permitted inside the venue – no large bags will be permitted at all.
  • We encourage you to arrive early to beat the queues and to enter via the gate listed on your ticket.

Large queues are expected so arrive early, leave your prohibited items at home and ensure you do not bring a bag larger than A4.

    Pose for a picture on the external concourse for your chance to be featured in a social mosaic of the stadium!
  • Triple M Marquee – External Concourse (between Gates 4 & 5)
    Broadcasting live, Triple M will be giving away basketball themed prizes and even last minute tickets!
  • Aussie Hoops – External Concourse (Gate 7)
    Head to Gate 7 for some pre-game drills & hoop shots!

Accessibility, Mobility Services & Mobility Aids/Prams

Public lift access is available from Harbour Esplanade and Bourke Street from Ground Level.
Gate 4, 6, 8 & 9 all have lift access to all levels within the stadium.

Access to the arena is via Ramp 3 at Gate 6 Level B2

Mobility aids and prams are permitted into the venue, but most be stowed safely under your seat or cloaked to not block patron access or exits.

Assistance dogs are permitted entry into the venue.

Wheel chair service is available to take you to your seat. If required, contact the stadium in advance or ask a customer service team member on the day.

Prohibited Items

In addition to Marvel Stadium’s Conditions of Entry the following items are also not permitted into the venue for this event:

  • Back packs larger than A4
  • Suitcases
  • Sport bags
  • Professional Cameras with detachable lenses
  • Professional or non-mobile phone video recorders
  • Go Pros, iPads or other hand-held recording devices
  • Objects that can be used as projectiles
  • Selfie poles
  • Weapons of any nature
  • Laser pointers

If any of these items are found, you will be asked to cloak them at the locations listed above

First Aid

Mobile crews will be located on the arena throughout the event.

First aid rooms can be found at Level 1, Aisle 40, Level 2 Aisle 40, Level 3 Aisles 17 & 41.


Toilets (including mobility impaired) are located throughout the stadium as well as additional toilets on Level 1 at Gates 4, 8 & 9. Additional Arena toilets can be found behind section B24.

Free Water

Free water stations are available around the stadium. Locations of these are:

Level 1, Aisle 17 & 32
Level 2, Aisle 40 & 33

We are a smoke free venue. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) are not permitted within the venue. If you wish to smoke, you must proceed to the smoking areas outside the stadium after scanning your ticket out.

Anti-social SMS Service

Patrons can report the poor behaviour of others by SMS to 0427 767 768.

Parent Rooms & Sensory Rooms

Parents Rooms are located at Level 1 Aisle 3&4 and Aisle 26, and include baby change table, play panel, microwave, television and private feeding areas. Baby change tables are also available in all mobility impaired toilets.

A dedicated sensory room is available at Level 3 Aisle 32 to assist patrons with sensory needs to retreat to a quiet place.

Authorised Sellers

Only tickets purchased via Ticketmaster are valid for entry to the show.

Tickets purchase via on-seller sites such as Viagogo, eBay or Gumtree may not gain entry. We do not encourage anyone to purchase by these 3rd party agencies.

If you have purchased your tickets from an unauthorised website, the first thing you should do is contact the seller and try and find out where they got the ticket from.

If you are suspect that you have been scammed, you can contact your bank and ask them to take action.
