1. Melbourne Stadiums Limited (MSL) (ABN 37 098 476 594) is the operator of Marvel Stadium.
2. I am aware that the activities involved in the Marvel Stadium Kids’ Clinic carry with them certain dangers and risks of injury and I for myself and/or as legal guardian and/or parent of each of the children participating in the clinic, accept all such dangers and risks of injury which I or each of my children or dependents may suffer.
3. I hereby release MSL, its agents, contractors and operators of the clinic from all liability in respect of any loss, damages or injury I or the children for which I am legal guardian and/or parent participating in the clinic, may suffer as a result of my involvement in the Marvel Stadium Kid’s Clinic (including my use of any Event Day Management equipment).
4. I agree to indemnify MSL, its agents, contractors and operators of then respect of any loss, damage or liability MSL may have to any third party in any way arising from my involvement or that of the children for which I am legal guardian and/or parent participating in the clinic.
5. I agree to abide and procure that each of the children for which I am legal guardian and/or parent participating in the clinic abide by all rules established by MSL & the Event Day Management.
6. I hereby allow MSL to use professional images taken on the day for internal and promotional use.
7. I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the terms of this document prior to signing it.
8. Only children between the ages of 5 and 14 years are eligible to participate in this event.
