Just Walk Out technology is made possible by artificial intelligence like computer vision and deep learning techniques to accurately determine who took what in any retail environment. Without a checkout process, you can quickly and easily get the items you need without having to wait in line.

The Runner is the first Just Walk Out Store in the Southern Hemisphere! And we know you came to the event not to stand in line, but enjoy and make memories. With The Runner, you control how long your shopping trip is. Get in, get out, and enjoy the event!

The Runner Stores are located on Level 1 at Aisles 18 & 28.

Simply Tap, Grab, and Go! Use your Mastercard/Visa Credit or Debit Card, Apple Pay or mobile wallet payment option at entry, collect your items and leave the store without having to wait in line to checkout. In the time it takes for a goal break, fans will be able to grab and go at these stores without missing any of the action!

Visa and Mastercard Credit and Debit/EFTPOS Cards. Mobile wallet payments and Apple Pay are also supported.

Yes. You will follow the same entry process by using your selected payment method for the entire group. Then, the whole shopping group can enter the store, and whatever items the group takes will be charged to the payment method used to enter the store.

Food outlet - Level 1, Aisle 18
Featuring a core range of your fan favourites, burgers, hot chips, hot dogs, fish & chips, pies, soft beverages, water and fresh healthy food options.

Beverage outlet - Level 1, Aisle 28
Core range of draught and packaged beer, spirits and wine, soft beverages, water.
* Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to access The Runner, Beverage Outlet at Aisle 28.

Simply scan the QR code upon exit of each store, located on the outside wall of the outlet. Follow the instructions, enter your email address, and your receipt will be sent to your email account. *Receipts will be sent to you within two hours of your purchase after following the prompts via the QR code.

Easy! Simply return to the outlet where you made your purchase, and a team member will be glad to help. If you have already left the venue, please contact our catering partners, Delaware North using the details provided on your receipt.
