VENUE ACCESS

Accessibility lift access is available on Harbour Esplanade (between AFL House and Bendigo Bank) and Bourke Street (adjacent to Stadium car park Entrance A/B). A street-to-concourse ramp is available on La Trobe Street.

Gates 4, 5, 6, 8 & 9 all have lift access to all levels within the stadium.

Mobility aids and prams are permitted into the venue but must be stowed safely under your seat or cloaked to not block patron access paths.

Assistance dogs are permitted entry into the venue. Please ensure you bring any documentation with you and all assistance animals must be wearing an identifying harness.

Wheelchair services are available to take you to/from your seat. Please ask a customer service team member upon arrival, or see staff at the Guest Services (Gate 1 & 5). Wheelchairs cannot stay with patrons during the event but can be organised for assistance post-match.

Parent Room facilities include baby change table, child-friendly play panel, a microwave and television as well as both private and public feeding areas. Parent Rooms are located at: 

Level 1, Aisles 3 & 28

Baby changing facilities are also available in all accessible toilets and are regularly cleaned and sanitised - view locations here.

 Marvel Stadium is a cashless venue. No ATMs are available on site.

Enter via the car park entrance on your booking if noted or via car park entrances from Bourke Street and Wurundjeri Way. Please note, the car park has a height restriction of 2.1 metres.

A Changing Places facility is now available at Marvel Stadium on and off event day, 24/7. Access to this facility required the use of an MLAK key.

St John Ambulance personnel are on-site for all events. First Aid Rooms are located on every level.

If you require First Aid, please ask one of our Marvel Stadium Customer Service Team Members or security guards.

St. John will record any treatment carried out, and if additional treatment is required, will make the necessary arrangements.

Marvel Stadium FREE WiFi is available for everyone to use.

1. Go into Settings and then Wi-Fi settings on your device
2. Connect to Marvel Stadium FREE WiFi
3. Open a web browser and log into the portal to gain internet access

Usage of any Marvel Stadium network is subject to our Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Use which are available here.

All connections and traffic can be monitored for unacceptable usage including accessing inappropriate material and excessive downloads. Breaches may result in your device being banned from the Wi-Fi.

If you are having difficulty connecting to Marvel Stadium FREE WiFi

1. Go into Settings and then Wi-Fi settings on your device
2. Tap information or Wi-Fi symbol or and Forget this network
3. Re-connect to Marvel Stadium FREE WiFi
4. Open a web browser and type in https://marvelstadium.com.au or any http URL
5. You should be redirected to the Marvel Stadium FREE WiFi Portal registration page
6. You will need to sign in to the portal to gain internet access
7. When connecting to Marvel Stadium FREE WiFi next time you will need to visit the portal before internet access is granted

If you are still having difficulty connecting to Marvel Stadium FREE WiFi

1. Restart your device
2. Ensure mobile hotspot or tethering is turned off in Settings
3. Android users can check advanced settings via Settings > Wi-Fi > ⋮ in the top right corner > Advanced;  Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep > Always;  Wi-Fi Timer > Disabled
4. iPhone users can reset all network settings. Please note that this will remove all saved Wi-Fi networks from your device. Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
5. Install software updates regularly to keep your device up to date

Prams and strollers are permitted into the venue provided that they are stowed under your seat.

Patrons with prams or strollers on Level 3 may park their empty pram or stroller behind the disabled seating at Aisles 6, 19, 30 & 43, if space permits. 

If you would like to cloak your pram, please see staff at the Customer Service Desk (Level 1, Aisle 43) or Guest Services (Level 1, Aisle 3).

Patrons will be able to exit and re-enter the stadium by scanning their tickets at the designated turnstiles.

Patrons must scan their tickets when they leave the stadium, and again upon re-entry.

Sensory Rooms are located on Level 1, Aisle 3 & Level 3, Aisle 31. Sensory Bags are available from the Sensory Rooms and Guest Services Gate 5 (Level 1, Aisle 3).

We are a smoke free venue. Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) are not permitted within the venue. If you wish to smoke, please proceed to the smoking areas outside the stadium after scanning your ticket out.

Standing Room tickets may be available when General Admission ticket allocations are exhausted. Standing Room is located on Level 1 on the internal concourse, behind the Level 1 seating bowl.

Ticket boxes are located on the external concourse at Gates 1, 5 & 7.

Ticket boxes are open on event days only, prior to gate opening times. See event pages for specific opening times of each ticket box per event.

Event Day box offices remain open until after the main act (concert) or until 3/4 time (AFL).

Toilets are located throughout the stadium:

• Level 1 – Aisles 3*, 5-7, 10*, 15*, 16-17, 20*, 29*, 33*, 41* & 44

• Level 2 – Aisles 4, 8*, 17*, 21*, 28* 33*, 40 & 45*

• Level 3 – Aisles 1-4, 9*-12, 13-16*, 20-23, 26-28, 33*-36 & 40* & 45-46
